Manage Prophix One Intelligence

Prophix One Intelligence is a feature that enhances your organization's ability to analyze and act on data.

Enable Prophix One Intelligence

Before users can access Prophix One Intelligence, a Portal administrator must enable the feature and activate at least one of the virtual assistants listed.

1. In the left-hand panel, select  Account Management >  Account Information.
2. Locate and turn on Activate Prophix One Intelligence.
3. If you accept the legal agreement, click Agree and Continue.
4. Activate each assistant that you want to give users access to.
5. Click Apply.

Re-enable Prophix One Intelligence

If for any reason Prophix One Intelligence has been disabled, you can re-enable it.

The steps are the same as the ones used to enable Prophix One Intelligence the first time (see above).

Re-enablement includes a confirmation step to ensure compliance and to confirm that you are aware of the terms of use.

The agreement presented is the same one as during the initial activation.

When the procedure is complete, the Account Information page shows the name of the admin who signed the agreement as well as the signing date.
