Manage Prophix One Intelligence

Prophix One Intelligence is a feature that enhances your organization's ability to analyze and act on data, and is enabled by default for all new Portal accounts. It provides access to AI-powered assistants within the Portal.

Prophix One Intelligence includes:

  • Knowledge Assistant

  • AI Agents

  • Task Assistant

Portal administrators can disable Prophix One Intelligence at any time.

Opt out of Prophix One Intelligence (Disable)

Opting out of, or disabling Prophix One Intelligence turns off all associated AI features, including Knowledge Assistant, Agents, and Task Assistant.

  1. In the left-hand panel, select Account Management > Account Information.
  2. Locate and turn off Activate Prophix One Intelligence.
  3. Click Apply.

Re-enable Prophix One Intelligence

If for any reason Prophix One Intelligence has been disabled, you can re-enable it.

  1. In the left-hand panel, select Account Management > Account Information.
  2. Locate and turn on Activate Prophix One Intelligence.
  3. Activate each assistant that you want to give users access to.
  4. Click Apply.
