Only the browsers listed below are fully supported and tested to work with Prophix One applications. If you do not use one of the supported browsers your experience may not be optimal, or specific functionality within the application may not work.

Note: Recommended and required for all browsers:

  • You must enable JavaScript, accept cookies, and enable TLS 1.2 support.
  • For the best possible user experience, we recommend a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768. Although our applications offer a responsive web experience, not all functions are supported at resolutions below 1024 x 768.

 Note:  As of January 2020, Internet Explorer 11 is no longer supported. For more information, please contact Prophix Support.
